Pay Once, Rest Easy

While we work to offer you treatments that will last, various factors contribute to the durability of your porcelain veneers, crowns and fillings. In the event that your dental restorations suffer wear that leads to them breaking, loosening or coming off we will repair or replace your treatment free of cost.

Given that you meet the following eligibility criteria, you can depend on us when something goes wrong!

• The tooth is not past saving.
• The repairing treatment must take place in our office.
• You must be a patient of record. This means you have been consistent with your recommended dental maintenance cleanings in our office since the restoration’s initial installment. 
• You inform us immediately following the first sign of any problem with the initial treatment.

If during replacement we find that additional treatment is necessary (e.g. tooth extraction or root canal) you will be charged accordingly.
